Mat Work Pilates

I host two mat work Pilates classes per week in Oxted and Limpsfield.

These sessions form the foundation of my Pilates offerings, concentrating on Pilates exercises that strengthen your core, improve posture, and increase flexibility. We focus on the key principles of Pilates, gradually building on these through graded movement patterns. To keep sessions challenging and engaging, I incorporate small equipment such as resistance bands, Pilates balls, and toning weights. This variety ensures each class is fresh and targets different muscle groups effectively. Exercises are modified and adapted to suit various levels and needs, from beginners to advanced participants looking to refine their technique and build strength.

Reformer-Inspired Mat Classes

For those looking to experience the benefits of Reformer Pilates without the machine, I am trained by APPI to offer Reformer-inspired mat classes. These innovative sessions adapt Reformer exercises to the mat, providing a unique and challenging workout that enhances strength, flexibility, and body control.

Barre Sculpt and Tone Classes

Set to upbeat music, my unique blend of Barre and Pilates exercises offers a low-impact, high-intensity cardio workout. Inspired by dance and Pilates, this class is designed to challenge your strength, control, and endurance while toning your body. I have completed training through APPI.

Reformer Pilates

Experience the power of Reformer Pilates with my personalised 1-to-1 or 1-to-2 sessions. The Reformer – a bed-like frame with a sliding carriage and adjustable resistance springs – offers a versatile platform for a targeted, full-body workout. In these sessions, I guide you through precise movements tailored to your body and fitness level. The Reformer's adjustable resistance system makes it ideal for everything from rehabilitation to athletic training, offering a wide range of exercises to suit all needs. Foot Reflexology

In foot reflexology, I apply gentle pressure to specific points on your feet as you relax on the reflexology or massage couch. Facial Reflexology

I’m excited to offer facial reflexology using the Ziggie Bergman method. This innovative technique combines traditional reflexology principles with facial massage, providing a deeply relaxing experience that promotes overall well-being. Deep Tissue Massage Techniques

Targeting both the deeper and superficial layers of soft tissue, deep tissue techniques use firmer pressure to address specific areas of tightness, muscle tension, and discomfort, helping to realign your body and restore balance.

Specific techniques used to warm, manipulate and stretch the soft tissues (muscles and connective tissues) and joints to help keep your body in balance and to support overall mobility.
