I am passionate about helping clients improve their health and well-being. With the daily tensions and stresses of life, I believe we should set time aside specifically for relaxation and to allow the body and mind to rebalance.

After a shoulder injury in 2006 and a busy working life as an Assistant Headteacher, I trained as a complementary therapist. When I had my third son, I visited a women’s health physiotherapist and was diagnosed with diastasis recti. I was encouraged to try Pilates to build my core strength. The changes were enough to convince me of the benefits of Pilates, and I trained as an instructor. Pilates has enriched my life, and I love sharing the techniques I have learned.

Since then, I have continually developed my knowledge and learnt valuable techniques to allow the body to restore itself to normal function; whether this has been after injury, a build-up of stress or tension or from changes during pregnancy, the postnatal period or menopause.

I regularly attend specialist courses to further my knowledge, and I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists (AOR), fully insured and CRB checked.
