COVID Information

All classes and treatments carried out by Bodyscape Therapies will be in line with current
Government advice as your health and safety are imperative.
That’s not to say you won’t benefit from your session to allow you to rebalance; there are just some specific things to outline before I see you.

During each appointment, I will be wearing a face mask, and I may wear a face visor/goggles, disposable gloves and an apron. Please be assured that I will leave a minimum fifteen-minute gap between appointments to ensure a full cleanse of the treatment room and couch, along with a fresh supply of couch coverings for each client and extensive hand hygiene.

Thank you for your patience. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact me and I will do my very best to accommodate any requests that you may have.

Health and safety measures

  • To minimise the contact time for new clients, a consultation call will be scheduled before the appointment.

  • Please arrive as close to the appointment time as possible and remain outside until you are collected.

  • Please bring as little with you as possible to your appointment and leave your coat etc. in your car if you can.

  • As you enter the clinic, your temperature will be taken via a touchless thermometer.

  • Sanitise your hands thoroughly upon entering and leaving the clinic.

  • Please wear a face mask or covering when you arrive and bring water and a towel/pillow.

  • Your details may be released to NHS Test and Trace for contact tracing if necessary.

Massage and Reflexology

At present, you can book a maximum of a 60-minute massage or foot reflexology appointment.

Unfortunately, other treatments and home visits are still limited.

Pilates is the ideal home exercise – it can be practised anywhere with little or no equipment and supports you physically and mentally. It is a great exercise to give you an escape from life at home, as it stretches muscles, focuses on the core and spinal areas and can aid flexibility and reduce stress.

My restorative Pilates classes are currently running ‘live’ and online via Zoom, with an outdoor option for one of the sessions. Classes are suitable for all ages, from beginners, with intermediate options available. A recording is available should you not be able to make the scheduled class. As the sessions are ‘online’, alternative equipment such as cushions, tin cans, scarves etc. can be used.

1:1 and 1:2 Pilates sessions are available in a spacious clinic, outside or online via Zoom.

Pregnancy and Postnatal sessions are also currently running ‘live’ and online via Zoom.

All classes can be booked online at Classes have a fun atmosphere, are always different and extremely enjoyable.

I also have a private Facebook group, Pilates for Life membership, for anyone who would like to gain fitness, strength and confidence for now and the future:

Baby Classes

My Postnatal Yoga-Cise class is available outdoors and online via Zoom.

1:1 and 1:2 sessions for Baby Massage and Postnatal Yoga-Cise are available in a spacious clinic, outside or online via Zoom.
